What clinics ask us.
Who are the couriers?
Independent local couriers who run their own business on da liver. Before their first medical run they complete medical training (bloodborne pathogens, specimen handling and patient privacy), pass a background check and a driving record check, and carry commercial auto insurance.
How fast is a STAT run?
STAT runs are offered to available couriers right away, and you see when one accepts and where they are. Priority stops on a route are always visited first.
Do you handle refrigerated and frozen specimens?
Yes. Cold runs use an insulated cooler with a thermometer, and the courier records the temperature at every pickup and drop-off.
Do you see patient information?
No. Runs are tracked by your specimen or order IDs only, and couriers are trained never to read or photograph patient labels.
How do we pay?
The price is shown and agreed before each run. Billing details are set up with your account; ask us about a monthly invoice for regular routes.
Can you pick up from places that aren't our clinic?
Yes. Any stop can be a pickup, a drop-off or both: other clinics, hospital labs, blood centers, pharmacies or your own other locations.
